Jeffrey Mifek
Chief Clinical and Medical Affairs Officer
Dr. Mifek brings more than 20 years of experience in global clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs leadership, primarily within the medical technology industry. He has a proven track record of advancing complex Class III medical device programs from clinical development through regulatory approval, including IDE, post-approval, and post-market studies across the U.S., Europe, Japan, China, and other global markets. Previously, Dr. Mifek served as Global Vice President, Clinical and Medical Affairs at Terumo Aortic, where he led clinical affairs, clinical operations, medical writing, biostatistics, programming, medical affairs, and data management. Earlier in his career, he held senior clinical, regulatory, and scientific research leadership roles at Micell Technologies, St. Jude Medical, AGA Medical, Zimmer, and 3M Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Mifek completed an MD/PharmD dual program with a focus in oncology and pharmacokinetics at the University of Minnesota College of Medicine/Pharmacy and holds a B.S. in Biology from St. Cloud State University.
