Mr. Young brings over 20 years of clinical and industry leadership within MedTech focused on training and education. He has proven expertise in customer training programs, professional education, medical education, and product lifecycle management for medical devices. Most recently, he was the Director of Strategic Alliances for VirtaMed Inc., a high-fidelity simulation company focused on advancing medical training. In this role, Mr. Young covered global partners and societies to elevate medical training and education through competencies, performance metrics, and mastery of skills. Before that, Mr. Young served as a Global Training Manager with Cook Medical focused in OB/GYN, Reproductive Medicine, and tissue regeneration where he managed a team to produce customer success programs spanning within the U.S. and international territories. Mr. Young currently sits on the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Corporate Council where he was chosen to serve as Chairman of the Council in 2025. Mr. Young holds a BS in Chemistry and Pre-Medical studies from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.
