Mr. Hemann has over 20 years of operations and management experience, including within the medical device industry.  He has a proven record in successfully building results driven teams responsible for manufacturing, quality, engineering and materials.  Most recently, he was the director of manufacturing for Cardinal Health, a medical device and combination products company.  Prior to this, Mr. Hemann was the plant manager for Elma Electronics, Mayville Engineering Company, and director of integration and development for Lincoln Industries.  He was the business team lead/operations manager for GE Healthcare (medical imaging).  Mr. Hemann holds certifications in lean leader and six sigma black belt and has a proven track record of supporting growth through analyzing capacity and inventory, utilizing lean concepts to optimize plant layouts, and reducing labor by automating processes.  Mr. Hemann holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
